We’re Hiring: Customer Service & Office Support (Full-Time)

We’re currently seeking a full-time Customer Service & Office Support Specialist to join our office team in Charlottesville, VA. This position plays a key role in our day-to-day operations and is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide courteous, professional assistance to customers
- Generate and manage work orders in our scheduling system
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Accurately input and manage data in QuickBooks
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Position Details:
- Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Located at our Charlottesville office
